Duties will include: -Preparing and managing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts. -Conducting valuations and agreeing on variations. -Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying potential risks and cost implications. -Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient delivery. -Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations. -Preparing final accounts and supporting project close-out. Requirements: -CCNSG card -Degree or equivalent technical qualification -Prior background in the Energy from Waste Power station construction sector -Knowledge of power station project management and estimating -Excellent communication, teamwork, negotiation, problem solving and organisation skills -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines -Proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Hold a full UK driving licence. Discipline: Project Manager Location: North London Start date: Immediate Duration: 6+ months Shifts: 11 day fortnight Week 1: Mon to Fri 7-7, Weekend 7-4.30 Week 2: Mon to Wed 7-7 and Thurs 7-2:30 PAYE Pay Rates: Mon-Sun: £500.00/day, including Holiday Pay Lodge Allowance: £55.00/day worked Travel Allowance: £20.00/hr travelled The Role: Integrate Engineering Resources is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a major Energy from Waste power station construction project in north London. Duties will include: -Managing all aspects of the project process including initial consultations with customers, preparation of delivery schedules, project resourcing requirements, running of tests through to final project sign off, etc. -Managing the project delivery team including Site Managers, Supervisors, Engineers and mechanical installation teams and sub contractors to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget -Directing and monitoring logistics on site -Managing the implementation of all plant and machinery -Creation and implementation of risk assessments and method statements -Attending regular meetings with the client -Updating Contracts Managers and Directors on project progress -Ensuring health and safety is adhered to on a daily basis Requirements: -Extensive experience as a Mechanical Site Project Manager -Prior background in the Energy from Waste Power station construction sector -CCNSG card -SMSTS certificate -HND or equivalent in mechanical engineering / construction -Excellent people management skills and a proven ability to manage teams -Ability to make quick decisions and find solutions if any issues or problems arise -Ability to deal with complex tasks and deliver them to a set budget and timescale -Ability to build relationships with clients -Clear communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal. -Strong organisational and time-management skills -Attention to detail - accurate and methodical in work. -Hold a full UK driving licence. Duties will include: -Supporting accounts administration and invoice processing -Maintaining and updating records within Excel and CRM systems -Collation and submission of timesheets / expenses to payroll for processing. -Updating and maintain accurate Health & Safety records including all records for training -Procurement raising and receipting of purchase orders and other documentation, full process cycle. -Billing cycle support and review -General support of the day to day operational requirements as instructed by Line Management on operational and financially linked matters. -Ordering and managing office stationery and supplies -Schedule team meetings and minute take as required supervisor and management meetings -Maintain & implement Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Systems meeting the needs of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and any subsequent or related standards. -Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by Management which are necessary to meet the ongoing operational requirements of the business.
