We are looking for an experienced MEP Designer to join our Banking Design team. You will develop and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) designs using AutoCAD and Revit across live and occupied banking environments. Key Responsibilities: Produce coordinated MEP layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings from concept to handover. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations (Parts L, F, O, B), British Standards, and the Building Safety Act 2022. Support clash detection, design coordination, value engineering, and site queries. Contribute to Net Zero and sustainability objectives in a highly governed client environment. Maintain accurate Revit models, drawing registers, and the Golden Thread of information. Essential Requirements: Proven experience as an MEP Designer on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit . Good knowledge of MEP systems, Building Regulations, and design coordination. Ability to work in structured governance and live/occupied building environments. Desirable: Banking or highly regulated sector experience. BIM coordination and clash detection knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled craftsmen to work on a wide variety of high-quality, bespoke joinery projects, including premium furniture, cabinetry, architectural joinery, and custom fittings for both residential and commercial clients. We are looking for passionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Bench Joiners who take pride in producing exceptional work and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workshop environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately measure, cut, shape, and prepare a variety of materials including hardwoods, softwoods, plywood, MDF, and laminates to precise specifications. Fabricate and assemble high-quality bespoke joinery items such as doors, cabinets, shelving units, furniture, and architectural fittings. Install hardware including hinges, handles, locks, drawer runners, and other fittings to the highest standard. Carry out thorough quality checks to ensure all work meets client specifications and industry standards. Safely operate and maintain workshop machinery including table saws, band saws, planers, routers, sanders, and hand tools. Work collaboratively with other joiners, carpenters, and production staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality. Troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication or assembly issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Workshop Joiner, or similar role in a joinery production environment. Strong practical skills in measuring, cutting, assembly, and finishing of timber and composite materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs accurately. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise work. Good knowledge of various wood types, materials, and finishing techniques. Competent and safe use of both power tools and traditional hand tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Physically fit and able to handle manual handling tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 2 3 years experience in bench joinery or workshop-based joinery.
