Housing Officer - 2 Month Contract - £197 per day via umbrella - Livingston One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients are looking for a highly experienced Housing Officer to join the organization on a contract basis up until the end of December. The job will be based in Livingston/Broxburn area. Responsibilities: Provide the full range of duties associated with the post, ensuring that the generic housing service is delivered with and for the benefit of local communities. Maximise the income and support sustainable communities through various mechanisms Accountable for the achievement of the statutory and key performance indicators for your geographical area. Contribute to the overall performance target's and identified outcomes. Prepare the necessary reports for collation by the Team Manager Provide all aspects of a generic front line housing management service Participate in the council's corporate responsibilities in terms of Child and Adult Protection and associated duties of care. Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 or equivalent and recent relevant frontline Housing Management experience Extensive working knowledge of housing and associated legislation Ability to identity and resolve complex housing issues Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritise own workload and work in a pressured environment Good knowledge of various IT packages Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
