Job Title: Air Conditioning (AC) Engineer Installation & Service Salary: £35,000 £50,000 (DOE) Location: Newcastle and working away Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, specialising in both installation and service work across a variety of AC systems. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services to commercial and residential clients throughout South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF and split systems. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner. Conduct routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company requirements. Liaise with customers professionally, providing clear explanations and excellent service. Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and job sheets. Travel to multiple client sites across South Yorkshire and occasionally further afield. Required Qualifications & Experience FGas Category 1 certification (essential). Proven experience working on VRV, VRF, and split-type systems . Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills. Full, valid UK driving licence . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a professional approach. Desirable NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent. Job Title: 1x Fire Door Carpenter Company: Pyramid Recruitment Location: South West London (will be travelling to other locations) Job Type: Temporary (could be long term work for the right candidates) Overview: Pyramid Recruitment is seeking 1 experienced Fire Door Carpenter for various projects across South West London, this could lead to longer term work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Installing fire doors for care homes, assisted living etc Ensuring fire stopping is carried out before door sign off Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience installing fire doors. Proficiency in fire door installation. Fire stopping experience. DBS certificate Valid CSCS Skilled card carpentry & joinery Own van is essential(transportation of doors)

Labourers Required Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join out site Bicester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and ensure the smooth running of daily activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Carry out general maintenance tasks around the site as required. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas. Requirements Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is preferred but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
