Our client is a leading national M&E contractor with an extensive portfolio of delivering high spec residential projects across the UK. Responsibilities Managing materials and labour on site. Implementing health and safety procedures. Ensuring quality assurance of mechanical works. Managing subcontractor labour levels and site progress. Co ordinating with a large management team, including 5 mechanical and 5 electrical managers during full pace. Qualifications Previous residential experience essential.
