Overview: We re hiring a Site Coordinator for our Delivery Team in Skelmersdale. What you'll be doing As a Site Coordinator, you will provide the vital link between site staff and project management to ensure the smooth running of all jobs on site. Assist the Project Manager to fulfil client requirements in a multi-site capacity from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices. Conduct site audits, identifying and escalating issues a necessary Review and sign on to site files; project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation. Act as temporary works supervisor as and when required. Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc, Ensure site staff follow health, safety, and quality policies and process. Assist the Project Manager to collate, check, and approve time sheet Liaise with project management and commercial team members to assist in the formulation of CEs and measures as required. Who we're looking for We are looking for someone who has previous experience managing construction sites. Physically fit to enter confined spaces and access works on a construction site. Able to consistently work to a high standard of health and safety and quality. Knowledge of health and safety is essential. Hold a current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor Card) SMSTS (or SSSTS with the ability to work towards achieving SMSTS as a minimum). Graduate Health and Safety Advisor Overview We are recruiting for a Graduate SHWEQ Advisor based in Morpeth You will support the provision of advice, guidance and monitoring to assist the safe delivery of operational activities and compliance with company procedures, legislation and client requirements. What you'll be doing This is a developmental role designed to provide practical experience and professional growth within a utilities and operational environment. Reporting to the SHWEQ Manager you will support the delivery of the Safety, Health, Wellbeing, Environmental and Quality (SHWEQ) function across the business. Responsibilities Assist senior management and the SHWEQ Manager in implementing SHWEQ initiatives and improvement activities. Support the business in complying with applicable health, safety, environmental and quality legislation, industry standards and client requirements. Assist in maintaining SHWEQ policies, procedures and management system documentation. Carry out site, depot and operational inspections to monitor compliance with SHWEQ standards. Support internal and external audits of the company management system. Support the reporting and investigation of incidents, near misses and non-conformances. Assist with root cause analysis and the communication of lessons learned. Help monitor incident trends and contribute to improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence. Assist with the review of risk assessments, method statements and operational procedures where required. Attend operational meetings, site visits and project reviews to support safe delivery. Attend client meetings, audits and reviews in support of the SHWEQ Manager or operational leads. Who we're looking for Degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, or a related subject. Strong interest in developing a career in SHWEQ. Good understanding of basic health and safety principles and willingness to build knowledge further. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisation and attention to detail. Willingness to travel to operational sites and depots. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
