You ll coordinate teams, liaise with clients and contractors, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. A background in facades or roofing would be a real advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage site activities and ensure smooth daily operations. Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
