The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of domestic plumbing, heating, and gas work including installations, breakdowns, and maintenance and will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship on every job. You ll be working in a fast-paced environment where independence, professionalism, and teamwork are equally valued. Key Responsibilities & Attributes Carry out domestic plumbing, heating, and gas installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard. Confidently work with air source and/or ground source heat pump systems . Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and management. Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards on every project. Manage your workload efficiently and work independently when required. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as a qualified engineer. Strong knowledge of heat pump systems and general plumbing/gas work. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Full, valid UK driving licence . Relevant industry qualifications (Gas Safe registration preferred). Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience). Company van and uniform provided. Job Title: Plumber Excellent opportunity for an experienced NVQ qualified Plumber. Plumber Main Duties: Repairs on tenanted properties. Complete works including all aspects of Plumbing Reactive repairs Associated works such as fitting bath panels, boxing in joinery & sealing baths Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site Must have own hand tools & van. Qualifications / Skills/ Experience: Minimum NVQ level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided when permanent) Pay Rate/Hours Flexible to pay CIS, Self Employed or PAYE. Rates negotiable between £35K and £50K OT is & half and Sunday double time. Our client is a growing electrical sub contractor who needs 4 qualified Electricians to work on a Commercial contract in Spring Gardens, City Centre Manchester. It will initially last approx 5 months. You will be doing 1st fixes, wiring under floor boards, pulling cables. Its a brand new build of Offices. Requirements: ECS Gold Card or equivalent Proven experience in domestic new builds Own tools, PPE, and transport Ability to work independently and as part of a team Candidates need experience of working in this type of environment.
