About the Role This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a fast-growing UK business and take charge of a varied pipeline of in-house projects, from redevelopments and new builds to fit-outs and mixed-use schemes. You ll be trusted to drive projects forward, solve problems, manage budgets and keep everything moving with direct access to senior leadership and real visibility across the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you ll own projects from early planning through to handover, making sure they re delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Take the lead on commercial new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, including steel portal frame developments. Stay on top of budgets, schedules, resources, risks and changes throughout each project. Report progress clearly to senior management and flag any issues before they become problems.
