PR Director Join a leading global, PR and brand communications agency with offices across New York, London, Los Angeles and Dubai. The Role The PR Director plays a key leadership role in driving client success, team performance and business growth. You'll act as a senior client advisor, lead high-performing account teams, and contribute to new business development while ensuring excellence across all deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing PR team Oversee client strategy, relationships and account profitability Drive top-tier media coverage and strengthen senior media relationships - You need to have Press contacts within the above sectors Manage campaign execution, deliverables and deadlines Lead new business pitches and develop proposals Identify opportunities, trends and story angles for clients Handle high-level communications, including crisis management Collaborate with senior leadership on team and client matters About You 8+ years' PR experience, with team leadership responsibility Strong media network and proven track record securing press coverage Excellent writing, editing and communication skills (AP style) Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused Experience across luxury, real estate, hospitality or travel sectors preferred What's on Offer Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) + "Work from Anywhere" Generous PTO and year-end office closure Career development, training and regular progression reviews Global team events and collaborative culture Competitive benefits package including healthcare and pension
