Experience in estimating, technical sales, or a similar commercial/technical role we would consider engineers with pricing experience looking to move into a fully office based role A good technical understanding and confidence interpreting drawings or specifications Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Good Excel skills The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders A proactive, respectful and career-minded approach A relevant degree (such as engineering, manufacturing or a related technical discipline) would be advantageous but is not essential.
