They are looking to recruit an experienced Building / Civil Project Manager for a new project. This is a multi million pound contract so candidates must have experience of working as a Construction Project Manager on projects of a significant value, specifically within the rail sector, ideally working in a live rail environment. Specific structures experience would be ideal for the role. This is a site based role. A full job spec is available on request YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING : Significant previous experience working as a Project Manager on Building / Civil projects for a main contractor in the rail industry. Experience of live rail environments would be preferred. Extensive client liaison experience, including clear communication, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project life cycle Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience of managing project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment The ability to co-ordinate Site Management teams and Subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget.
