Time 4 Recruitment are currently looking for either one or two part time early morning part time cleaners near the CF10 4XZ area of Cardiff. Due to the location of the sites having your own transport would be essential, this could be a bicycle or scooter. There are no public transport links near the site. The first role would be working Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. The hours are 07.00 - 09.00 each day, so it is 6 hrs per week. The rate of pay is 12.21 per hour. The second role is working Tuesday and Friday 07.00 - 10.00, again this is 6 hours per week. The rate of pay is 12.21 per hour. These 2 roles could be combined, as the sites are only a short distance from each other. However it would mean that you would have to be available between the hours of 07.00 and 12.30pm on Friday's. Main Responsibilities: • Provide a strategic link between the design department, commercial team and site; • Tool box talks and RAMS • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information; • Act as the main interface with the client and government officials; • Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis; • Survey sites to mitigate problems and check viability of design; • Ensure the product meets customer expectation in relation to build and finish; • Manage and coordinate sub-contract and direct labour workforces; • Provide labour costing for various projects to determine feasibility and profitability; • Customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction; • Supervise and coach staff as and when development is required; • Produce reports on job progress and remedials. • Any other duties as required by management. As Solar Farm Site Manager you will be working with a main contractor who specialises in Renewable Energy and will be based on a solar farm working on a groundworks package with M&E components - which will including bulk earthworks and trenches. Due to the remote location and nature of the work you must be prepared to get dirty. As Site Manager a strong working history within the solar industry is essential. It will also be beneficial if you have some M&E experience / knowledge. In your role you will be responsible for all M&E and groundworks operations, including personnel safety, oversee daily work activities, managing multiple subcontractors, and communicating with the management team.
