About our client Our client is a well-established residential block management business based in Surrey, managing a portfolio of around 1,400 units across south London and Surrey. They've built a reputation for a personal, hands-on approach to property management and run a small, close-knit team. The role As property manager, you'll report to the senior property manager and take on day-to-day responsibility for a varied residential portfolio. You'll handle everything from leaseholder correspondence and service charge queries to major works consultations. The role This is an opportunity to join as an assistant property manager, supporting a senior property manager across a shared portfolio. It would suit someone with a background in property support, lettings, or client-facing coordination who's ready to move into a block management role. You'll be trained on legal management packs as you go and get broad exposure across the portfolio rather than being limited to one narrow strand of the job.
