Role and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of electro-mechanical technicians, providing guidance, training and support. Plan, schedule and oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of plant equipment. Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other site stakeholders. Ensure the correct integration, configuration and operation of GPS and HFR systems. Monitor equipment performance and reliability and implement preventative maintenance. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex equipment issues. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and work plans. Coordinate with suppliers and manage parts and equipment availability. Monitor inventory and order required materials. Use IT systems to monitor, track and report on equipment performance and maintenance. Provide technical support and training to the team. Ensure plant equipment complies with UK health and safety requirements. Carry out safety inspections and audits. Maintain accurate maintenance, repair and equipment records. Prepare reports for management and update procedures and manuals. Shifts Working days and shift times: To be confirmed.
