Ensure RAMS are followed and updated where required. Record daily progress, plant usage, labour, and site activities. Identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively. Promote a positive safety culture across the workforce. Essential Requirements Proven experience supervising large-scale earthworks or civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, cut and fill operations, muck shift, drainage, and site logistics. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read drawings and work to programme. Full UK Driving Licence. Valid SSSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work (preferred).
