A growing, design-led architectural studio in central London is seeking a technically confident Architect to join its team. The practice works across high-end private residential, heritage-led retrofit, mixed-use and larger-scale residential projects, with a strong focus on design clarity, craft and materiality. This is a key role involving day-to-day project leadership, working closely with associates and directors to take projects from early concept through planning and delivery. The role Lead projects across RIBA Stages 0-4 Produce and coordinate high-quality design, planning and construction information Manage consultants and liaise with clients and contractors Support delivery, programme and technical quality Mentor junior team members where appropriate About you ARB registered Architect with 2-5 years post-Part 3 experience Confident project runner with strong technical knowledge Design-literate with well-resolved work Clear communicator and collaborative team player Eligible to work in the UK Software & BIM Revit experience required MicroStation used initially, with an active transition to Revit planned for 2026 Opportunity to help shape BIM workflows within the practice What's on offer A central role in a growing, design-focused studio High-quality projects with real responsibility Collaborative culture with direct access to senior staff Hybrid working, flexible hours and a competitive salary
