Customer Onboarder (Estate Agency background) £30,000 - £32,500 Base + OTE & Benefits Middlesbrough (Hybrid working) Our client is an exciting, ambitious, rapidly growing AI powered PropTech business. Due to rapid start-up growth, they now require a Client Onboarding Specialist to join the business. They are looking for an Estate Agent/Onboarder to join the Project Team. The Project Team provides first class communications with customers from on boarding, to completion and launch of their project. The ideal candidate will have a background in estate agency and be confident, outgoing and driven to progress. Key Responsibilities: Providing first-class communications with customers from on boarding, to completion and launch of their software/application. You'll need to keep clients updated on new features, changes, and recent updates. Ensure customers are happy and using the system to its fullest potential. Relationship building with clients. You will be required to analyse customer usage and highlight improvements where required. Gain case studies, external reviews, referrals and testimonials Account management You will gather feedback and improve product or service. Essential Skills & Traits: 2 + years of estate agency experience A sound grasp of ICT skills such as using MS Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and time-management Upbeat and friendly attitude Able to be able to pick up new systems with ease A desire to see every job completed quickly and to a high standard, and the ability to push other colleagues to deliver on these goals Benefits on offer include: Excellent growth opportunities 20 Days holiday, plus birthdays off, and increasing with length of service.
