The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing health and safety across our business, with a strong emphasis on fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. This role is ideal for a health and safety professional with a background in construction or civil engineering. The Health & Safety Advisor will work closely with the team to maintain and enhance the company's safety management system, engage with the workforce, conduct inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
