I have a Site Manager role with a leading renewable energy investor delivering a 50MW solar farm near Bristol. This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for permanency. Key Details: Location: Bristol (on-site) Contract: 12 months (FTC), potential to go perm Sector: Utility-scale solar Reporting to: Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site works for EPC/ICP contractors Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance Coordinate site logistics, inspections, and stakeholder visits Oversee HSE compliance and support quality assurance Act as day-to-day lead on site from groundworks to commissioning You'll Need: Experience in solar, civils, or electrical infrastructure Proven experience leading construction sites SMSTS (or equivalent) Strong leadership and reporting skills
