We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to join a well-established team in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth tenancy management, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords alike. Key Responsibilities Manage the full tenancy lifecycle, including leasing, renewals, and rent increases Respond promptly to tenant enquiries, concerns, and complaints Coordinate routine and emergency property maintenance Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards Monitor rent arrears, negotiate renewals, and handle deposit returns Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate property records and liaise with third-party providers (insurers, solicitors, etc.) About You Previous experience in property management, with a strong understanding of residential tenancies Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Why Apply?
