This person will feel comfortable pulling a project out the ground and handling an array of subterrain elements from earthworks excavation, muck shift , de-watering, piling, concrete slabs and general substructure works. A lot of time, money and energy is spent ensuring that the design is fit for purpose to compliment aggressive programs. These technology clients want a return upon the investment ASAP so it's all about program and thinking outside the box. The projects you will be based on range from the London Region to the Midlands . Depending upon timings and your location you will be placed on the project most suitable. For these reasons & to fit the culture of the business you need to be able to drive and be open to working away as the site locations aren't all next to public transportation locations.
