Key responsibilities Work with all partners, both internal and external to the organisation, to identify when tenants are struggling to sustain their tenancy and ensure the appropriate support is offered. A wellbeing plan for persons deemed at risk of being unable to sustain their tenancy will be undertaken and monitored. You will lead on identifying and project-managing neighbourhood improvements to agreed procedures, helping to maximise the level of tenant involvement. Compliance & Building Safety Officer Location: Somerset Hourly rate: Up to £18.85 PAYE Contract Type: 3 months Overview Our client is looking for a Compliance & Building Safety Officer to help ensure residential properties meet all required safety and compliance standards. The role combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills, requiring effective engagement with residents and close coordination with contractors.
