We re currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a prestigious £70m residential new build project near Stratford. This is a key role focused on day-to-day senior site management , with an immediate start available on a minimum 3-month freelance contract , likely to extend. The Role: As Senior Site Manager, you ll be responsible for overseeing key elements of the construction process, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Initial focus will be on: Managing daily site activities and subcontractor coordination Overseeing roofing works, SFS installation, and brickwork Ensuring health & safety compliance across your section Supporting the site team with quality control and progress tracking Liaising with project managers, engineers, and supply chain teams Requirements: Proven Senior Site Management experience on large-scale residential new builds Strong knowledge of structural framing systems, roofing, and brickwork Valid SMSTS, CSCS , and First Aid certification Excellent communication and leadership skills Able to start at short notice This is a great opportunity to join a major scheme with a well-regarded contractor and play a hands-on role during a critical phase of the build.
