As a multi-disciplinary design-led practice, our client boasts an impressive portfolio including blue-chip national and international clients specialising in all areas of the hospitality sector delivering projects throughout the UK and into Europe. Projects include bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos and cafes and they are based within easy commuting distance to London. They are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer who can take a project and run with it through to completion and installation. This would require being able to present to clients and deliver projects on site working with the team. They operate a development programme of review with a projection to an individual's three year target. Skills and Experience needed for the Interior Designer: Able to work from concept to completion Project Management experience Have experience with managing client relationships and undertaking presentations Knowledge gained through working on hotel and/or hospitality projects Architectural or design qualifications to degree or similar level Clean Driving Licence Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar Excel and Microsoft literate Salary on offer is £40k to £45k plus pension, bonus scheme and use of pool cars for client visits. Hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Mon- Fri.

They are now looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join their team and take projects from concept through to completion. You can be based either from their Head Office and studio near Bath and Bristol or out of their London office (with regular travel to Head Office). The Role as Interior Designer: You will play an important role in delivering high-quality interior design projects, translating client briefs into creative, considered and detailed design solutions. Developing creative design concepts and delivering projects independently and as part of the wider design team. Preparing and presenting design proposals, presentations and supporting documentation. Researching and selecting materials, finishes and furnishings in line with the design concept and budget. Developing bespoke furniture design packages. Managing projects across all stages in line with the RIBA structure. Attending client and site meetings and confidently presenting design ideas. Building strong supplier relationships and identifying creative and sustainable approaches. About You as an Interior Designer: We are looking for an Interior Designer with a strong eye for detail, excellent design judgement and a genuine passion for interiors, materials and architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office. A strong understanding of materials, finishes and heritage buildings. Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills. The ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to take initiative. A full, clean UK driving licence. They are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of their Storm Water Control (SWC) portfolio, developing and optimising the range to ensure it remains competitive, compliant and aligned with customer needs and wider business growth. This is a varied role that brings together product development, market insight, commercial thinking and project management. You will work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Procurement, using customer feedback, market trends, competitor activity and changing industry standards to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and optimisation of the SWC product range, ensuring products meet market demand, customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Our client produces high-quality commercial furniture for the workplace and are renowned for finely detailed, beautifully made furniture. They work closely with Furniture Dealers and Fit-out Companies on a variety of prestigious projects and are now looking for an experienced SWOOD Technical Designer to join their internal Design & Development team. This is a specialist role for someone who enjoys working at the point where design meets production and who has a strong understanding of furniture manufacture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a library of panel styles and components, creating detailed SWOOD models and generating the cutting lists, BOMs and exploded drawings that provide the essential information required by the factory. A key part of the role will be migrating and replicating the company's existing standard furniture portfolio from SolidWorks into detailed SWOOD models, as well as creating and maintaining SWOOD library parts and templates. You will then use these to adapt existing designs or develop new solutions for tailored and bespoke projects. As the technical "gatekeeper" of SWOOD, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate information flows from the Design team through to Production. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will work closely with the Head of Production and have daily interaction with the wider design team, production management and the CNC team. As the SWOOD Technical Designer you will have: Strong experience using SWOOD within furniture, cabinetry or joinery. Excellent 3D modelling and technical drawing skills. A good understanding of furniture construction, materials, hardware and manufacturing processes. Experience producing cutting lists, BOMs and CNC / manufacturing data. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical and manufacturing issues. Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with Design and Production teams. This is an important role within the business, with the opportunity to make a real impact on how technical information is created and transferred into production. There is also plenty of scope for the position to develop and grow into other areas of the business in the future. The role is office-based full time in South Buckinghamshire, so living within a reasonable commuting distance is important.
