Responsibilities will include: Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a live Grade A commercial office building during a major refurbishment programme. Working alongside the project team to minimise disruption to occupiers and day-to-day building operations. Leading the mobilisation of the building following completion of the refurbishment. Managing operational readiness, post-completion snagging and the transition into business-as-usual operations. Coordinating contractors, consultants and service partners to ensure operational standards are maintained. Monitoring health, safety and statutory compliance across the building. Delivering an exceptional occupier experience throughout periods of operational change.
