Stock condition surveyor required to work for a local authority in the Leicestershire area for an initial period of 12 months. Purpose of the role: Job Description • Conduct detailed stock condition surveys . • Accurately record data and input into asset management systems. • Meet survey completion targets and manage appointments efficiently. • Identify hazards, damp, disrepair, and structural issues. • Collaborate with asset and housing teams to report risks and issues. • Provide technical advice and documentation on property conditions. • Stay up to date with housing legislation and compliance standards. • Communicate effectively with customers and resolve property-related concerns.
