As an Estates Senior Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping critical hospital services running 24/7. Working within a multi-skilled team, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to emergency breakdowns, and support installations across multiple sites. Purpose of the role: A temporary Quantity Surveyor is required to assist with peaks in workload of delivering the Annual Capital Programme of Works, which includes Major schemes. The successful candidate will work as part of a Design & Delivery Team delivering planned, programmed works to part of the council's Housing Stock, including a range of tenanted High Rise, Low Rise, Sheltered blocks etc, delivering improvement works such as replacement kitchens, bathrooms, rewires, heating, Fire - Risk Assessments works, zero-carbon schemes, external cladding and insulation works, ad-hoc remedial works. Purpose of the role: We require an experienced senior project manager to develop the pipeline for the 2026 annual programme of improvement for primary schools.
