We are looking for 2 experienced decorators to carry out internal painting and finishing works as part of a project. The work must be completed to a high standard and within the agreed programme. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare all surfaces (filling, sanding, cleaning) Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork and metalwork as required Apply primers, undercoats and topcoats Ensure clean, neat finishes suitable for a retail environment Protect floors, fixtures and fittings during works Keep the work area clean and tidy Follow site health and safety rules Work to drawings and instructions provided by the site manager Requirements Proven experience as a decorator (commercial/retail preferred) CSCS Good attention to detail Own tools and PPE Reliable and punctual

Key Duties: Assisting tradespeople as required (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times Removing waste and debris from site Basic demolition and strip-out works (if required) Following site instructions and health & safety procedures Requirements: Previous site or labouring experience preferred Ability to carry out physical work Good timekeeping and reliability Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team CSCS card Health & Safety: Must comply with all site health & safety rules Use of PPE at all times (hard hat, boots, hi-vis, etc.)

Telehandler & Traffic Marshall - Key Responsibilities Operate telehandler safely and in accordance with site rules Load, unload, and distribute materials as directed Assist with general site duties when required Act as Traffic Marshall/Banksman controlling vehicle and plant movements Ensure safe access and egress for deliveries Follow all health and safety procedures Communicate clearly with drivers, site management, and operatives Required Qualifications & Tickets Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket CSCS card Full understanding of site safety and traffic management Experience Previous experience operating a telehandler on a construction site

Skilled Labourer/Handyperson Previous experience on a construction site Assisting with strip out & making good afterwards Basic construction or trade skills Ability to use hand and power tools safely Good understanding of health and safety Ability to follow instructions Physically fit and able to work outdoors Qualifications: CSCS card Basic trade qualification or on-the-job experience (desirable) Personal Attributes: Reliable and punctual Hard-working and willing to learn Able to work alone or as part of a team Good attitude and work ethic

Job Purpose To safely operate a telescopic handler (telehandler) to move materials, equipment, and supplies around a construction site, supporting site operations while maintaining high safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate the telehandler safely and in accordance with site rules and manufacturer guidelines Load, unload, and distribute materials (e.g. bricks, blocks, pallets) as directed Carry out daily pre-use checks and basic maintenance of the machine Work closely with site management, banksmen, and other trades Maintain a tidy and safe working area Report defects, incidents, or hazards immediately Health & Safety Comply with all site-specific health and safety requirements Follow safeguarding procedures due to the school environment Wear required PPE at all times Operate machinery only within designated areas and times Skills & Experience Proven experience operating a telehandler on construction sites Good awareness of site safety and pedestrian management Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with the site team Qualifications & Certification Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket Relevant CSCS card
