Duties Perform minor repairs and maintenance Assist carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades (non-licensed work only) Install basic fixtures and hardware Patch, paint, and make small repairs Move materials and equipment Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all site safety rules Requirements Basic knowledge of tools and construction work Ability to use hand and power tools safely Physically able to lift and carry materials Reliable and punctual CSCS Card

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Assist tradespeople and site staff as required. Load, unload, and move materials around the site. Keep the site clean, tidy, and free from hazards. Follow all health and safety procedures. Use basic hand tools and equipment safely. Perform general labouring and manual handling tasks. Skills and Requirements: Good physical fitness and stamina. Ability to follow instructions. Reliable and punctual. Awareness of basic health and safety practices. CSCS card

Key Responsibilities Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, and position materials as directed. Carry out daily pre-use safety checks on the machine. Ensure loads are secure and within safe working limits. Requirements Valid telehandler licence (e.g., CPCS or NPORS). Previous experience operating a telehandler (preferred). Good understanding of site health and safety regulations. Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly. CSCS card

Job Title: Traffic Marshall Role Purpose: To direct vehicles and people safely on site. Main Duties: Guide vehicles in and out of site. Help drivers reverse safely. Stop traffic when needed.
