The role requires someone with a strong internals and finishing background , capable of managing the final stages of the project through to successful handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining high-quality finishing standards and ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee internal works and finishing packages on site Manage subcontractors to ensure works are completed to programme Maintain high quality standards throughout the finishing stages Coordinate snagging and de-snagging processes Work closely with the Project Manager and site team Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the site Manage works through to final handover Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager with strong internals experience Background in finishing and handover stages of projects Experience managing subcontractors across multiple internal packages Strong attention to detail and quality control SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid (preferred)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. This role would suit a Site Manager with a strong background in residential housing developments , ideally with experience managing traditional build or multi-unit housing schemes. Site Manager - Civils - Swadlincote MadiganGill are currently looking for a Civils Site Manager, for a long-term housing project based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. Candidates will need to have proven experience in civils on residential developments as works include drainage/sewers. Will also be expected to fully compliant in H&S and admin along with being able to work with the existing team & contractors. This role is to start at the beginning of August with a time frame of 18 months. Rates for the role are completely negotiable depending on experience. Will be expected to live within a 30-mile radius of the project.
