Along with a salary of £40,000 per annum, you will receive a pension scheme, company van and overtime opportunities (paid at time and a half). What you'll be doing as Bathroom Fitter You will be responsible for completing primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions. You will complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction. Duties will include: The removal of bathrooms Plumbing and installation of new bathroom suites Tiling Pipework Joinery What we're looking for in a Bathroom Fitter Experience on insurance re-instatement would be an advantage. Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment. Qualified, suitable to the trade. Experience in installation/removal of bathrooms. Tiling experience. Gloucestershire's largest comprehensive school with over 200 staff and approximately 1,800 students is seeking a Site Team Operative to join its team working 15 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. You will be working Sunday, 08:15-16:15 & Monday, 09:30-17:30, with a 30-minute unpaid break. You will support in the maintenance of the schools buildings, gardens and grounds to a high standard throughout the year. As the Site Team Operative you will: Support the Commercial & Facilities Manager in leading all associated activities in order to best support the school in achieving its strategic objectives. Support the running of let facilities whilst on shift (only in the absence of the Sports Centre Receptionist/Duty Manager), providing assistance and support to school facility users, promoting a customer-focused environment, generating excellent public relations and customer care. Support the school's maintenance programme, ensuring helpdesk tickets are resolved within the set SLAs. Support the school's gardening and landscaping work, focusing on keeping the grounds maintained to a high standard throughout the year. As a key holder to respond to emergency call-outs in the event of fire damage, burglary, floods, snow or ice etc. Porterage / messenger duties, movement of furniture and equipment around the school. Carry out repairs as directed by the Commercial & Facilities Manager. Maintaining school premises, completing helpdesk tickets on the school's maintenance system, including internal fixtures, fittings, furniture, paint and decorating.
