About the Role Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Engineer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of installation, maintenance, testing, and removal of services across multiple projects. This is a full-time, directly employed role based at the company's Avonmouth office, requiring strong leadership and organisational skills, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee all projects under your supervision, ensuring delivery within budget and on schedule. Manage daily allocation of labour, materials, and plant resources. Prepare, issue, and revise Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Implement and maintain the company's safe systems of work. Conduct site audits, inspections, and client meetings. Monitor installation standards and performance across projects. Ensure works are carried out in line with company procedures and client requirements. Support and manage operatives, sub-contractors, and apprentices on-site. Identify training needs and support the development of team members.
