Attend client and site progress meetings, providing technical input and reporting updates. Oversee commissioning activities and ensure documentation and O&M manuals are completed to standard. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or MEP Manager, ideally within main contractor or client-side environments. Strong mechanical background (HVAC, public health, plant, and energy systems). Sound understanding of electrical systems and overall MEP integration. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Relevant mechanical or building services engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree). SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid beneficial.
