Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, and distribution Monitor and respond to alarms and BMS issues (training provided if required) Ensure all works comply with health & safety and statutory regulations Complete permits to work, shift handovers, and maintenance documentation Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and the wider engineering team Provide first-line response to electrical emergencies during shift hours What We re Looking For NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Engineering 18th Edition Wiring Regulations HVAP in date or lapsed Experience in commercial building maintenance (critical or large corporate sites preferred) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work as part of a shift team and independently when required A proactive, professional, and safety-focused approach What s on Offer Competitive basic salary plus shift allowance Overtime and on-call opportunities Training and development within a flagship commercial environment Long-term stability on a prestigious Canary Wharf site Supportive team and clear progression opportunities
