More about your role As a Site Manager you will be expected to oversee, direct and manage production on site to the agreed programme, budget and quality standards. Comply with all Group procedures and external regulations, in particular those relating to the SHE. More about you You will be able to lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs.
