What you'll do Lead day-to-day facilities operations across London sites, ensuring high standards of safety, service delivery and compliance. Support site budgets, R&M forecasting and capital projects, identifying opportunities to optimise costs and resources. Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, suppliers and outsourced IFM providers to ensure effective service delivery. Coordinate with Real Estate, Engineering, Security and HR teams to deliver integrated workplace solutions and initiatives. Support risk management, emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance, proactively addressing operational issues. Monitor site performance, identify service gaps and drive continuous improvements aligned with business and workplace objectives. What you bring Workplace or Facilities Site Lead experience, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers and internal teams. Experience supporting budgets, forecasting and cost optimisation. Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of building, health and safety regulations and workplace compliance. Confident using Microsoft Office and relevant facilities, accounting or electronic management systems.
