Joinery Estimator £35,000 to £45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance/Company Car West Yorkshire Are you an experienced Joinery Estimator looking to join a growing, high quality business working on prestigious projects across the UK? My client is a well established bespoke joinery manufacturer and interior fit out contractor, delivering high quality projects across a variety of commercial sectors throughout the UK The Role You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for bespoke joinery projects, from initial enquiry through to contract award. Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in securing profitable work while maintaining the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: • Producing detailed cost estimates from technical drawings and specifications • Pricing materials, labour, finishes and subcontract works • Liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations • Identifying value engineering opportunities • Supporting project handovers and procurement • Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners What we're looking for • Previous experience estimating bespoke joinery projects • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications • Strong commercial awareness and numerical accuracy • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes • Full UK driving licence What's on offer • £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience • Flexible working hours, standard hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm • £6,000 car allowance or company car by agreement • Non contractual company performance bonus • Pension • Excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing business with a strong pipeline of projects

Project Manager - Joinery & Shopfitting £55,000 DOE + £6,000 Car Allowance/Company Car + Bonus UK Projects Head office is based in Huddersfield, therefore applicants must be within a reasonable commuting distance, as approximately two days per week will be office based. Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in interior fit out or bespoke joinery? My client is a growing bespoke joinery manufacturer working on a wide range of commercial fit out projects across the UK. The Role You'll coordinate projects, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard. Responsibilities include: • Managing projects from start to completion • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers • Producing project programmes and health & safety documentation • Attending site meetings and progress reviews • Carrying out quality inspections and snagging • Building excellent relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle What we're looking for • At least five years' experience managing UK interior fit out projects • Strong communication and organisational skills • Experience working with Microsoft Project • Good understanding of construction health & safety • CSCS Card, with SMSTS preferred • Full UK driving licence What's on offer • £55,000 depending on experience • £6,000 car allowance or company car by agreement • Non contractual company performance bonus • Flexible working arrangements • Mobile phone and laptop • Pension, healthcare cash plan and death in service cover • Employee benefits platform • Opportunity to work on exciting projects throughout the UK Travel This role involves travel across the UK.
