Key Responsibilities As Site Contracts Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting field-based teams across multiple sites. Monitoring work quality and maintaining operational standards. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude. Confidence making decisions independently. Excellent attention to detail. A flexible approach to working hours and nationwide travel. A full UK driving licence. A CSCS card before commencing employment. IPAF and PASMA qualifications are advantageous but not essential. Experience within industrial services, construction, facilities management or a similar environment. Working Environment This is an active role suited to someone who prefers being out on-site rather than behind a desk. The position involves: Manual handling of specialist equipment. Working outdoors and within commercial environments. Regular travel throughout the UK. Early starts and occasional late finishes depending on operational requirements. Applicants should be comfortable carrying out physically demanding work when supporting operational teams.
