The Individual We are looking to speak with experienced finance leaders who bring a strong track record within the construction sector. The ideal individual will have: A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Significant senior finance experience within the construction industry Experience within a main contractor environment , with a strong understanding of project-led financial management Previously operated as a CFO, Finance Director or equivalent within a sizeable construction business First-hand experience of helping businesses scale and grow, ideally within larger or more structured organisations The credibility to operate at board level and act as a trusted advisor to an entrepreneurial leadership team
