You will merge research and insights with clear, people-focused language to refine conversations that empower our customers. Promote effective writing as a tool to support and guide customers. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer. Familiarity with conversational design and experience in creating dialogue flows for AI applications, especially Agentic AI. Familiarity with working in complex environments, ideally within financial services. A collaborative mindset, ready to contribute to a busy, multi-disciplinary team. Flexibility in writing on-brand content in various tones of voice to suit different audiences. Strong ability to write concise, clear, and consistent copy across multiple channels. Confidence in influencing and managing stakeholders from product, risk, legal, and branding teams. Experience using design platforms, such as Figma, to collaborate effectively. Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract award) Location: Predominantly home based with office visit 1-2 times per month. Duration: 6 Months initial Day Rate: From 500 per day (via Umbrella) About the role We're working with a major UK infrastructure organisation delivering critical energy transmission projects that support the UK's transition to a low-carbon future. They are seeking a Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor to focus on the commercial and contractual shaping of projects before award , ensuring robust cost planning, risk allocation, and value for money across a portfolio of complex infrastructure schemes. This is a pre-construction focused role , working closely with procurement, development, and delivery teams to define commercial strategy, negotiate contract terms, and ensure optimal outcomes before contractors are appointed.
