Property Coordinator Central London Full Time Monday-Friday Competitive Salary + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Coordinator to join the management team of a prestigious commercial property in Central London. This role is ideal for a highly organised and customer-focused individual looking to build a career within property management. Working closely with occupiers, contractors and the wider property management team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of a flagship commercial asset while helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Support the daily operational management of the property. Act as a key point of contact for occupiers and service partners. Coordinate contractor activities and service delivery. Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation. Assist with health & safety administration and building procedures. Organise meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions. Manage occupier communications and engagement initiatives. Support the Property Management team with administrative and operational tasks. Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times. Assist with reporting, risk management and audit requirements. About You Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer-facing role. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks. High attention to detail and professional presentation. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Desirable Experience Property management, facilities management or front-of-house experience. Understanding of health & safety requirements. Experience with helpdesk or CAFM systems. IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
