We are looking for an Estimator / Senior Estimator to work with a client in the NW Kent Area on a permanent, Full-time basis. The client is a growing and dynamic organisation delivering key projects across the utility and social infrastructure sectors. They need an experienced Estimator to join the Social Infrastructure team. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive bids within the Social Housing sector. Key Responsibilities Review drawings and specifications to produce accurate estimates Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercially sound tenders Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and meet tender deadlines Support handover to project delivery teams Monitor market rates and identify risks/opportunities Contribute to improving estimating processes Requirements 5+ years' construction experience (Social Housing preferred) Knowledge of JCT & ACA contracts Ability to measure from drawings and prepare quantities Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills Good communication and negotiation abilities Experience with estimating software (or willingness to learn) Relevant qualifications (e.g. Quantity Surveying) desirable Role: Estimator / Snr Estimator Location: North West, Kent Salary: 50-65k + DOE Benefits: Holiday, Pension, Terms: Permanent, Full time in the office Start Date: Interviews in April with a view to start in April / May 2026 RHL Recruitment acts as an employment and recruitment agency. We are partnering with the leading bulk liquid transport and storage infrastructure company in Europe and one of the leading companies in this sector in the world. Due to an increase in project demand they are now seeking to hire a Construction Manager for their Immingham site. 12 month contract (Apply online only)/day Inside IR35 In addition to the requirements of the Constuctiuon Manager role the client is looking for someone with capability to fulfil the role of Project Engineer for smaller low risk projects. Key aspects of the role Managing Mechanically orientated projects such as tank refurbs, piping, pump installation, civils projects such as bund containment. Oversee contractors on site and audit their progress Report on safety progress Ensure handover certification is in place Working to COMAH regs As Project Engineer Assist the Project Manager in the delivery of small low risk projects Plan and manage the programme of works Your experience and qualifications Degree desirable but not essential Experience of Tank Storage projects Either Mechanical or E,C&I background Experience of working to the COMAH and CDM regs Previous experience of managing multi discipline site works - desirable Previous experience of Project Engineer on large CAPEX projects, managing multiple site works
