You will require a current SMSTS qualiication for this position and will need to come from a background working as either a mechanical or electrical site manager on new build commercial projects. The duties will involve overseeing a small team of M & E subcontractors carrying out work on a fast track commercial new build project. Reporting to a project manager you will be the day to day lead on site liasing with the main contractor and ensuring all works are carried out safely and within the required timescale.
