Electrical Installation Supervisors Onshore Windfarm (Scotland) Location: Scotland Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off Start Date: ASAP Requirements: Must provide own PPE and 4x4 vehicle About the Role Spencer Ogden currently seeking experienced Installation Supervisors to support the construction of an onshore windfarm project in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading renewable energy project, contributing to the safe and efficient installation of wind turbines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities (mechanical or electrical). Ensure compliance with project HSE, quality, and technical standards. Manage subcontractors and coordinate with OEM teams. Report progress and resolve any on-site technical or logistical issues. Support commissioning and handover phases as required. Candidate Requirements Proven experience supervising wind turbine installation projects. Strong background within the wind industry (onshore or offshore). Recognised technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Valid UK driving licence and ability to work on a 3:1 rotation. Must provide own PPE and 4x4 vehicle.
