The role is a full-time, permanent position with access to a vehicle for property visits and viewings. You will be joining a supportive, friendly office with a genuine team culture and clear opportunities for progression. In this varied and fast-paced role, you will act as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants and internal teams, handling enquiries both in person and over the phone, arranging and conducting property viewings, and supporting the progression of tenancies from initial enquiry through to move-in. You will provide professional advice and guidance throughout the lettings process, assist with marketing available properties, maintain accurate records and update internal systems, prepare tenancy documentation, liaise with contractors where required, and ensure all compliance procedures are followed. Working within a very busy office environment, you will quickly gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to take on responsibility from the outset, developing a thorough understanding of the lettings process from start to finish. No two days are the same, and there is plenty of variety and opportunity to get stuck in straight away. The Role As a Graduate Property Surveyor, you will play an active role in supporting the wider team with day-to-day surveying and valuation work. Assist with commercial property valuations across a range of locations Carry out property inspections and site visits across a varied portfolio Support senior surveyors with inspections, notes, and professional reporting Prepare accurate reports, valuation documents, and client correspondence Provide assistance in delivering professional advice.
