We are currently working with a Local Authority in the South West who are looking for a Programme Manager - Asset Management & Property Services to join their team. As Programme Manager you will lead the delivery of a major portfolio of complex, high-value capital projects across our diverse property estate. Building Inspector (Class 2F) Service: LABC Building Control We are seeking a skilled and motivated Class 2F Registered Building Inspector to join the LABC team of a London Local Authority. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a high-quality, impartial building control service across domestic and lower-risk non-domestic projects. You will manage a varied caseload of building regulation applications from pre-application through to completion, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation. The role involves a mix of plan assessment, site inspections, and providing expert technical advice to a wide range of stakeholders.
