Interim Senior Commercial Surveyor Based in London, hybrid Inside IR35 We're working with a London Local Authority who are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Senior Commercial Surveyor to play a leading role in shaping and delivering the Council's property strategy. Interim Project Manager - pre construction Based in London Length: 6 months with possible extension IR35 status: Inside Rate: £450 per day via an umbrella company We are looking for someone who can manage the Councils pre construction activities for capital programme projects, including those requiring Building Safety Regulator approval, planning consent, Section 20 consultation, long lead in periods, or new supply chain development. Head of Estates We are working with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced Head of Estates to join their Estates & Facilities team. This is a 3 month contract, covering 37.5 hours per week.
