Our client is an established Interior Design Studio creating beautiful spaces, unforgettable experiences and exceptional interiors for clients in the UK and overseas. Based in stunning studio premises, they are a friendly and collaborative team working across a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects. They are now looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join their team and take projects from concept through to completion. You can be based either from their Head Office and studio near Bath and Bristol or out of their London office (with regular travel to Head Office). The Role as Interior Designer: You will play an important role in delivering high-quality interior design projects, translating client briefs into creative, considered and detailed design solutions. Developing creative design concepts and delivering projects independently and as part of the wider design team. Preparing and presenting design proposals, presentations and supporting documentation. Researching and selecting materials, finishes and furnishings in line with the design concept and budget. Developing bespoke furniture design packages. Managing projects across all stages in line with the RIBA structure. Attending client and site meetings and confidently presenting design ideas. Building strong supplier relationships and identifying creative and sustainable approaches. About You as an Interior Designer: We are looking for an Interior Designer with a strong eye for detail, excellent design judgement and a genuine passion for interiors, materials and architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office. A strong understanding of materials, finishes and heritage buildings. Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills. The ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to take initiative. A full, clean UK driving licence. Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of sustainable drainage systems, developing innovative solutions that help manage surface water responsibly across commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure projects. They are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of their Storm Water Control (SWC) portfolio, developing and optimising the range to ensure it remains competitive, compliant and aligned with customer needs and wider business growth. This is a varied role that brings together product development, market insight, commercial thinking and project management. You will work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Procurement, using customer feedback, market trends, competitor activity and changing industry standards to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will include: Managing product development and improvement projects from specification through to delivery. Analysing market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity and industry standards to identify opportunities. Developing clear and accurate technical product specifications for training and product literature. Working collaboratively with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Procurement to deliver product initiatives. Managing projects to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. Building strong customer relationships and using their insight to drive product improvements. As Product Manager you should bring: Technical and sector credibility - Understanding of engineered systems, ideally drainage, water, civil engineering or environmental products. Product-development involvement - Evidence that you have improved, redesigned, tested or introduced products, rather than only used or sold them. Customer and market insight - Experience of gathering customer feedback, identifying market gaps or monitoring competitors. Cross-functional project leadership - Experience coordinating engineering, R&D, production, sales, marketing, quality or regulatory colleagues. Commercial product thinking - Ability to balance customer value, technical performance, compliance, manufacturing feasibility, cost and profitability.
