Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment or maintenance works. Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom replacements, M&E upgrades, and external refurbishment works. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential). Excellent communication and organisational skills. Full driving licence and ability to travel across multiple London sites.
