Key Responsibilities Take full commercial ownership of two concurrent projects (£10m+ each). Manage cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts. Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including negotiation and contract administration. Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance (JCT / NEC). Maintain accurate financial reporting for internal and client meetings. Ensure compliance with company and client procedures at all stages. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the façades / cladding / re-cladding sector (essential).
