Cento have a new opportunity for an Enterprise Architect (French or Dutch Speaking) based in Brussels (Starting ASAP). Description Our Brussels-based client is urgently looking for a French or Dutch speaking Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on enterprise architecture transformation, data and a thorough understanding of business and enterprise architecture. The Enterprise Architect works in a close tandem with Solutions Architecture Capabilities and Project Managers. Duties will involve; • Managing projects involving 3-5 team members in areas such as: • Defining IT strategic roadmaps • Designing and managing enterprise architecture transformation programs • Reengineering of IT processes • Building business cases to support investment decisions • Defining and leading organizational change within the IT organization • Managing as an independent advisor programs on behalf of the customer • Managing client relationships at C-level, including the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities • Taking the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for the analysis • Managing and coaching junior team members • Building compelling written findings, and presenting your opinions to a challenging client group • Summarizing your findings in a structured manner, both written and oral You will have; • A minimum of seven to ten years of relevant experience, such as: • IT Consulting • IT Management role • Management of complex programs • Master degree in management or a technical degree (ideally ICT related) • Proven project management experience • Proven people management experience • Empathy and proven relationship building skills • Eager to lead and grow • Solid written and oral presentation skills • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and solution driven environment • Fluent in at least Dutch, French and English • Entrepreneurial spirit For more information on this role, please contact Stephane Londeix on +44(0)(Apply online only)

Cento have a new opportunity for a Solution Architect (French or Dutch Speaking) based in Brussels (Starting ASAP). Description Our Brussels-based client is urgently looking for a French or Dutch speaking Lead Solutions Architect whose experience has a strong emphasis on applications, data and a thorough understanding of business and enterprise architecture. The Solution Architect works in a close tandem with Enterprise Architecture Capabilities and Project Managers. • Design optimal solution architectures that support the business. • Organize work internally in accordance with solution architectures, in close collaboration with project managers: manage the tasks, monitor and control project progress. • Responsible to design an in depth strategic roadmap for the different phases of the project(s). • Responsible for the overall quality of the solutions (implementation and/or customization). • Working within the development team and reporting to the project manager. • Crafting the right architecture to solve the problem at hand is only part of architects’ responsibilities. The architect must also: • Act as the emissary of solution architectures. • Make sure that the right modelling is being done, to know that qualities like performance are going to be met. • Identify and interact with stakeholders to make sure their needs are being met. • Make sure that the architecture is not only the right one for operations, but also for deployment and sustainment. • Maintain morale, both within the team, and externally as well. The latter is done by providing a sound design, when needed, and providing good presentations and materials to let everyone know the organization is on the right track. • Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture. Extra • A proven track record of at least eight years in IT within a large organization of which at least five as a solution architect. • Very good knowledge of IT market trends and following technology evolutions. • Familiar with converting and analyzing complex functional and non-functional requirements and able to make other complex technical information understandable.
