As M&E Manager you will manage the Mechanical and Electrical requirements for all the build projects they have. Typically working across High End Residential, Student Accommodation and Mixed Use developments you will have exposure and involvement in all aspects of the M&E process.
The Role;
* Dealing with M&E specifications prior to issue for tender.
* Coordination of all M&E processes and dealing with internal and external management.
* Ensuring delivery of agreed mechanical & electrical construction performance targets for the defined project or projects.
* Ensuring delivery of SQESH performance against company policy and management systems
Candidate Background;
* Technically minded with strong team working abilities
* Strong communicator with a good understanding of construction procedures (New build)
* Degree, BTEC or HNC/HND in related fields
* SMSTS and CSCS Card
