Quantity Surveyor and NEC and HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical Location - Farringdon Day Rate - Negotiable ASAP Kinetic Construction are currently looking to place a Quantity Surveyor, the position is based in central London where you will be working on the Crossrail Project, the form of contract is NEC option A project valued at £1.5m. Applicants wishing to be considered, must have, worked on NEC form of contact for at least 5 years and also have experience working on M and E projects. The project consists of Ductwork supply instillation and in-line equipment. Whilst this position will be on a project based in Farringdon, ideally I am looking for North West based candidates, who can come back and work on projects in the North after completion of this project. The purpose of this role will be, managing the project budgets under direction of the Senior Quantity Surveyor and monitoring the project's cost and values.
